Queen’s University GAA Clubs have announced a major new partnership with the flourishing South Belfast Pizza Hut Delivery franchise. The partnership breaks new ground for Queen’s GAA as it incorporates a wide range of collective working streams as well as the traditional brand presence that these sponsorships entail.
Queen’s GAA Development Officer Aidan O’Rourke commented, “Queen’s GAA Clubs are delighted with the evolution of our partnership with Pizza Hut Delivery Ormeau Road. In addition to the support that proprietor Declan Devlin has given to the individual clubs, we have already worked together on branding and marketing several Queen’s GAA events and initiatives as well as branding some of our facilities.
Pizza Hut Delivery Ormeau Road is a dynamic and resourceful company that has already worked hard to raise the profile of our games, players, and events. Queen’s GAA is pleased to work with such an innovative partner and look forward to mutually beneficial initiatives in the future.”
The deal will place Pizza Hut Delivery as one of Queen’s GAA’s most prominent sponsors, as a partner of the Sean O’Neill GAA Academy and a significant development partner of Queen’s Sport.
Pizza Hut Delivery, Ormeau Road Proprietor Declan Devlin added “Pizza Hut Delivery is proud to begin our partnership with Queen’s. Tradition, Quality, Excellence, and Delivery are all values we share with the University and together we are aiming for unparalleled success both on and off the field.”
As part of the partnership, Pizza Hut Delivery will appear on the Fresher team jerseys for men & ladies Football, Hurling, and Camogie Clubs and is already being used for the 2016 McKenna Cup campaign.
